LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR
In 2017, Tacoma Public Utilities did what it has done for more than 100 years: provide stable and reliable electric, water and rail services.
We chose this year’s annual report theme “protect and provide” because those two words are foundational for the work we do. Many of the initiatives we focused on this year help us protect our assets and resources, and enable us to provide services at the level our customers have come to expect.
